Our staff are kind, understanding, patient and work with our young people to help them achieve their goals.

We aim to build positive and open relationships with our young people, so that they feel safe and secure.

We react with calmness and curiosity to de-escalate behaviours and look at solving the underlying reasons.

The houses are full of laughter and positivity where the staff and young people have meaningful moments with each other.

PACE (playfulness, acceptance, curiosity and empathy) is at the heart of what we do to create a positive and happy home environment.

Our Approach

You could find yourself working in one of our homes, focused on providing a homely environment for children and young people between the ages of 4 years – 18 years old. You could be part of a team providing 24-hour care and support in homes personalised to children and young people’s individual needs and outcomes.

Our approach is trauma informed. This is a homely environment that acknowledges and responds to the impact of trauma on individuals. We would need you to work as part of a team focusing on creating a safe, supportive, and nurturing space for those who have experienced trauma.

This approach emphasises the understanding how trauma affects behaviour, relationships, and overall well-being and it aims to promote healing and resilience.

Our homes prioritise safety, trust, collaboration, empowerment and cultural sensitivity, in the interactions and practice. We focus on creating an environment where individuals feel respected, heard, and supported as they navigate their healing journey.
